Art Making for Tumultuous Times is a no pressure creative space to explore together - no skills needed, this isn’t therapy, just a supportive space to express what’s real, try simple creative tools for coping, and connect with others who are also feeling a bit overwhelmed with it all. We’ll make things, feel things, and remind each other that when the world is messy, make messy art together. Rose B. Schaefer is an Integral Expressive Arts Practitioner and Creative Coach and the founder of Sacred Chaos Method, a whole-person, intuitive approach integrating soul led creativity, emotional expression, and personal and social change.
